To Empower

E – Unnathi was started in the year 2017 by a small group of successful professional women in Kerala, who felt that thousands of women needed a networking platform and a little support to grow as entrepreneurs or to restart a career after a break or even to get into better careers. There is immense talent, what’s lacking is a helping hand, a knowledge and support partner. The group had nine core members to start with. In the past two years, we have grown to an overwhelming number of members across the state and we are also represented in smaller numbers across India, we are now looking to make our presence felt Internationally. We also welcome women who need our support as members.
The members of E – Unnathi are women entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders and supporters with a common spirit of wanting to help other women to grow by sharing their talent and experience. We uphold strong values and excellent standards with the deepest commitment to our cause.. We offer a platform and opportunities to women of all age groups, and to the community at large through networking events, B to B meetings, B to C events, educational events, seminars and also philanthropic activities to support the women and children who struggle for even basic necessities. They have to be supported through scholarships, educational tools and several other means till they can be made self-sufficient.
Our Achievements Deployed 72 Bio toilets in 72 hours at Alleppey for women and children which was a record as reported by the Kerala Disaster Management WOMAN 2020 One day conference to bring women under the concept of Entrepreneurship. 1200 Woman attended this conference BACK to SCHOOL project – School Kits for the needy students EUnnathi Connecting Bharath – a two-day event aimed at fostering knowledge, experience and opportunity for one and all in achieving meritorious success in their domains of business. 24 Hour Helpline number “NAMASTE 24/7” Helped the Consulate General of India’s office, Indian Embassy in Rome and Ministries of External Affairs, Health and Family Welfare and Civil Aviation, Government of India to evacuate 218 Indian nationals from Milan, Italy and 263 Indian nationals from FCO Rome total 481 people from Italy in two Air India flights during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dr. Bindu Sathyajith

Bindu has over 20 year of experience as a specialist working on a range of social issues which involve Women and children Empowerment , Education , Food, Nutrition and drugs. She has played many inevitable roles during many distress situations like natural calamities and Epidemics. She started her career in the Travel and tourism industry and moved on to become an entrepreneur in the composite Industry. She has won many prestigious awards like Indian Leadership Award, The Most Emerging Company from India -Bangkok , Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award , Best Woman Entrepreneur from Gold Star and many more. She was an invited speaker and Awardee for WEF 2018 held at Delhi. Before starting EUnnathi she was part of many other social movements like Anbodu Kochi, Do for others , All Ladies league where she had an impeccable reputation. Dr. Bindu holds a PhD in “Glittering Pigments In Composite Technology” and is a Master in Economics have Published a Research Paper in ” Investment Climate In Kerala ” in Business Deepika.

Asha G Nair

An Entrepreneur by profession, managing her own distribution company that distributes telecom and consumer durable across Kerala. Her career began as a sales executive in HSBC, Trivandrum. She then went on to work with companies like Mahindra and Tykhe technologies. But after years in the corporate world, Asha made the decision to forger her own path. She founded her own company “H2A Food and spices” with an objective to produce and deliver quality homemade spice powders to the households. Her products made sensation among the households and medias like New York Times, Hindu, Asianet had given extensive coverage on her venture. She credits the support of her family, friends, and networks as key enablers of her starting and growing her business. She serves as the Co founder of EUnnathi and NGO’s working for the welfare of the women and children.

Mentor EUnnathi

Sujatha Menon

With 30 years of experience across various verticals like aviation management, hospitality, education and finally soft skills and mentoring, She is deeply interested in people. Her career highlights includes roles as Manager Kerala of Lufthansa(GSA), Center Head of the Training in Lifeskills and Placement department (CIR)of Amrita Vishwa Vidya Peetham at Kollam. She is also a Government certified, freelance soft skills and communication trainer working in with college students and in the corporate world. She was the mentor for the group of wonderful men and women during the Kerala floods of 2018 through Do for others. She holds a MBA in HR.
